Board of Zoning Appeals & Adjustments

 

The Board of Appeals and Adjustments hears and makes recommendations to the City Council on appeals where it is alleged that there is an error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative officer with respect to the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Regulations, and to hear and make recommendations on request for variances to the literal provisions of the Regulations where the strict enforcement would cause undue hardship because of circumstances unique to the property under consideration. The committee meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Hugo City Hall, 14669 Fitzgerald Ave. N., unless otherwise noted.  All residents are encouraged to attend.
