When:NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is potential of a quorum of the HUGO CITY COUNCIL at the Bald Eagle Townhome Neighborhood Meeting on October 9, 2025, at 6 p.m. at the Pede Pedersen Pavilion, 5524 Upper 146th Street North, to discuss the 2026 road project.
