Beaver Ponds Street Improvement Project
Project Background:
The Beaver Ponds Street Improvement Project consists of partial reconstruction of 129th Street, 128th Street, 128th Street Court, 128th Alcove, 127th Street, 126th Street, Flay Road, Fiona Road, Ferrara Avenue, Ferrara Drive, Fondant Trail, Foxhill Avenue and Foxhill Circle all within the Beaver Ponds Neighborhood.

- October 22, 2024- Project Information Meeting
- November 4, 2024- Council Accept Feasibility Study/Set Public Hearing
- November 2024- Public Informational Meeting
- December 2, 2024- Public Hearing/Consider Authorizing Final Design
- November-February 2025- Plan Preparation
- January 2025- Neighborhood Open House with Plans
- February 2025- Accept Plans/Authorize Advertisement for Bids
- March 2025- Open Bids/Award Contract
- June -September 2025- Project Construction
- October 2025- Assessment Hearing
Project Scope:
- Complete Pavement Removal
- Subgrade Correction as Needed
- Partial Repair/Replacement of Concrete Curb and Gutter
- Minor Storm Sewer Improvements
- Trail Reconstruction
- Paving of new Roadway Section
- Remove and replace deficient sanitary sewer casting and manhole lids
