Fable Hills Street Improvement Project
Project Background:
The Fable Hill Street Improvement Project consists of a partial reconstruction of Fable Hill Parkway North from Europa Trail to Elmcrest Avenue and Fable Hill Way North from Fable Hill Parkway N to Fable Hill Parkway N. A mill and overlay project of Fable Hill Circle N, Fable Road N and Fable Road Court N and replacement of the Fable Hill Bridge.

- September 24, 2026- Public Information Meeting
- October 19, 2026- Council Accept Feasibility Study/Set Public Hearing
- November 16, 2026- Public Hearing/Consider Authorizing Final Design
- November-February 2027- Plan Preparation
- January 2027-Neighborhood Open House with Plans
- February 2027- Accept Plans/Authorize Advertisement for Bids
- March 2027- Open Bids/Award Contract
- June -September 2027- Project Construction
- October 2027- Assessment Hearing

- Full Depth Pavement Removal and Replacement
- Remove and Replace Damaged Curb and Gutter
- Minor Storm Sewer and Watermain Improvements
- Full Trail Replacement
Mill and Overlay:
- Milling of the top 2" of Pavement and Pave
- Remove and Replace Damaged Curb and Gutter
- Minor Storm Sewer and Watermain Improvements
Fable Hill Bridge Replacement:
- New Concrete Beam Bridge
