Bald Eagle Industrial Park Street Improvement Project
Project Background:
The Bald Eagle Industrial Park Street Improvement Project consists of partial reconstruction of 130th Street, 140th Street, Farnham Avenue, Fenway Blvd, and Fenway Blvd Court all within the Bald Eagle Industrial Park.

- October 9, 2025- Project Information Meeting
- November 18, 2025- Council Accept Feasibility Study/Set Public Hearing
- December 16, 2025- Public Hearing/Consider Authorizing Final Design
- December-February 2026- Plan Preparation
- March 2026- Accept Plans/Authorize Advertisement for Bids
- April 2026- Open Bids/Award Contract
- June -September 2026- Project Construction
- October 2026- Assessment Hearing
Project Scope:
- Removal/Reclamation/Full Depth Milling of the Existing Pavement
- Minor Subgrade Correction as Needed
- Partial Repair/Replacement of Concrete Curb and Gutter
- Minor Storm Sewer Improvements
- Widening of Roadway between Fenway Blvd and Europa Trail
- Paving of new Roadway Section
- Replacement of Trail on Fenway Blvd and Europa Court
- New Trail along 130th Street between TH 61 and Fenway Ave
- New Trail along 140th Street between TH 61 and Fenway Avenue Replacing Existing Concrete Sidewalk
