Rice Lake Park is a 45 acre city-owned passive park located north and west of the active areas of Hanifl Fields Athletic Park. Parking is available adjacent to Rice Lake Centre. The city-owned property is adjacent to the Paul Hugo Farms WMA. As a passive park, dogs are allowed off-leash and some shooting is allowed.
