Planning Commission Public Hearings - Meeting Date Change

The Hugo Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Hugo City Hall to consider the following:

 

A Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment request from M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul, LLC 5351 Parkdale Dr. #100, St. Louis Park, MN 55416. The request is to amend the PUD to change 24 twinhome lots to 25 signal family home lots for a portion of The Shores of Oneka Lake planned unit development. The property is generally located at the northern portion of Goodview Trail North and east of Highway 61 and is legally described as Outlot A, The Shores of Oneka Lake 2nd Addition.

 

A site plan and a conditional use permit (CUP) request from Liberty Classical Academy, 10158 122nd Street North, Hugo, MN 55038. The request is to construct an approximately 33,590 square foot addition to their existing elementary school with associated parking lots. The property is generally located north of 122nd Street North and east of Keller Avenue North, and is legally described as part of the NE Quarter of the SE Quarter of Section 36, Township 31, Range 21.
